03052013 Day 2-- the amazing Angkor Wat

As our expectation, we couldn't wake up early to see the sunrise in Angkor Wat
too tired for the first day...
Harlo I was like almost didn't have a good night sleep since Labour Day ok...

we moved to another guest house in the morning... and we got the Spongebob room!!
Spongebob was everywhere in the room, even the toilet, hahaha
I don't know the real name of the guest house until now..
I guess it was 5gor Home. Various of cartoon there like Hello Kitty, Doraemon, duck duck..
very cute!! but the light was low in the room, and also the sound insulation..
the Chinese people live next to us damn annoying!! shout at the corridor E V E R Y D A Y.....

and then, the brunch, the only meal we didn't taken in Pub Street... not counting the one in Angkor
this is Khmer curry, a bit sweet...
Realise that Cambodian food were a bit too sweet, compare to Malaysia...

this is Fish Amok, saw many people recommended this so i decided to give it a try
however, I think i only managed to eat vege...

we were actually planned to go Angkor Wat by biking
and I THOUGHT I could cycling, but yea, there were only 2 bikes out there..
SOMEONE had to carry me, hahaha!
we wasted too much time on cycling and direction matter, so we ended up by riding tuk-tuk
-_______-
oh ya, we rented USD 1 per bicycle with one bottle of water and map

pattern, the entrance ticket had to take photo =.=
visiting the whole heritage separate to the small tour and big tour
forgot the name of all the temples, it was hell big place to tour
visit the small tour is enough if you're only interested for the famous one like Angkor Wat and Bayon...
1 Day pass = USD 20
3 Day pass = USD 40
1 week pass = USD 60

we took the 3 days one... so, our Phnom Penh plan gone, huhu
we took the small tour today

a little part inside Angkor Wat, any comment?

the weather was damn nice for photoshooting
but, we can't stand for the sun...............................

monuments. most of the temples were already rebuild
that's mean the huge temples you saw were not 100% original okay, it's not possible
but I still wonder how was the original looked like... must be very cool.

like this photo very much, hehe

in the Bayon temple

our tuk-tuk driver of the day
you need tuk-tuk to drive you there, or you can choose biking
but the bicycle you have to rent it outside.. of coz
about half an hour from town to Angkor

the local mango I think
it was so juicy!! we liked it very very much :D

ehehehe

back to the town, dinner in Pub Street again
Temple Balcony, the name of the restaurant, downstair was temple club, yea, clubbing
having performances during the dinner, for free, great~ haha

tiring day...
